Alicia Dedigama
Co-founder - Director
Aqua biking is the only thing that keeps my knee pain at bay. I’ve tried it all – injections, medicine, supplements, knee guards – nothing worked until I started regular aquatic workouts. My passion is helping and motivating others to believe in the power of their bodies and showing them that whatever hurdles in their way, they can achieve their full potential! I am a group exercise professional with a specialisation in rehabilitation, older adults and pre and postnatal fitness. I have also been a Ripple P.R.O for more than a decade. I look forward to meeting you in the pool!
Yannick Dedigama

I am passionate about inspiring others to build stronger and healthier bodies to regain a sense of confidence in their lives. My mission is to grow the Ripple Club brand and programs so more people can experience this innovative approach to fitness and wellbeing, and live empowered, healthy lives. Join us in the water!
Casee Ahrens

My passion for movement led me to various certifications in personal training, group fitness and indoor cycling. Upon moving to Singapore in 2015, I was introduced to Aquaspin™ which was the perfect fitness combination for my new sunny climate – challenging and refreshing! Aquaspin™ became my exercise of choice during and after my pregnancy. Today I have the pleasure of being a Ripple Club P.R.O and have added my Pre-&Post Natal GGS Certification to motivate our pre/post natal participants!

As a former Men’s physique competitor and seasoned fitness manager, Clarence has over 2 decades of experience in body mechanics, nutrition, strength training, gym operations and crafting personalised fitness programs. He is very excited to transition into the world of aquatic fitness with TRC!
Clarence now combines his extensive knowledge of traditional fitness with innovative aquatic techniques “empowering your health and wellness, one ripple at the time!”

‘Fitness is Longevity’ is my mantra! Formerly in the Singapore military, I started teaching Lesmills programs and became a National Presenter here in Singapore. I then discovered The Ripple Club and loved it so much I decided to spread the wellness word about aqua workouts – I challenge you to be inspired by its benefits too!
