WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE SESSION?
Please bring along a swimsuit, a towel, a bottle of water and some sunscreen if needed. No other equipment is required.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIPPLE CLUB’S SESSION PRICES?
SESSION PACKAGES:
- Ripple Trial $60 (max 3 classes valid for 14 days)
- Single session $50 (1 session, valid 6 months)
- 4 class pack $180 (valid one month) Price per session $45. Can be shared with 1 pax
- 10 class pack $420 (valid 3 months) Price per session $42. Can be shared with 1 pax
- 20 class pack $735 (valid 5 months) Price per session $36.7. Can be shared with 1 pax
PERSONAL TRAINING:
- 1 personal training $160
- 10 personal training $1500 Price per session is $150
- 20 personal training $2600 Price per session is $130
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS – ROLLING PAYMENTS:
- Recurring monthly $350: Monthly contract with rolling monthly payment of $350 for UNLIMITED sessions. You can stop your membership by contacting us at hello@therippleclub.fit at least 5 days before your next payment.
- Recurring quarterly: $329 Quarterly contract with rolling monthly payment of $329 for UNLIMITED sessions. You can stop your membership after 3 months by contacting us at hello@therippleclub.fit at least 5 days before your next payment.
- Recurring yearly $298 / month : Yearly contract with rolling payment of $298 every month. You will enjoy UNLIMITED sessions for 12 months! After 12 months you can stop your membership anytime by contacting us at least 5 days before your next billing at hello@therippleclub.fit
All sessions must be used within the respective dates bought, no sessions will be carried forward after the validity period. All packages have to be paid in full prior the first session. There will be NO refund once a package is bought.
For our Unlimited members : Please note our late cancellation / no-show policy : For late cancel : 10$ penalty will be charged to your account unless MC is shown. For no-show $20 penalty will be charged to your account unless MC is shown. If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking, please cancel 24 hours in advance so we can free up your slot for an other rider. If you are unwell and unable to attend please send us your MC to hello@therippleclub.fit for us to waive the penalty. If the penalty has been charged, please note we will return it to your TRC account.
WHAT’S RIPPLE CASHBACK ABOUT?
Most gyms want you to buy a package and never use it. We want the exact opposite that’s why we created Ripple Cashback: The more you burn – The more you earn!
Finish your 10 sessions pack in 2 months or less – get $50 credited in your TRC account
Finish your 20 sessions pack in 3 months or less – get $100 credited in your TRC account

T&Cs: Please note that cash back do not apply to shared packages and package which have been extended.
WHAT IF I JOIN MID MONTH?
Our packages and memberships validity start the day of your first session. EG, if you buy your 10 sessions package on Jan 1st and join your first class on the 15th of January, your package will be valid until 15th of April.
ARE PACKAGES TRANSFERABLE OR SHAREABLE?
You can share our 4, 10 and 20 sessions packages with one person. It will have to be the same person throughout the package. Please contact us at hello@therippleclub.fit with their details and we will activate the sharing option so you can both enjoy the package.
Our Unlimited memberships are NOT sharable.
Packages are non-transferable, however we will work on a case by case basis in light of, severe injury, repatriation, or expatriation from the country.
WHAT IF I TRAVEL OR CAN’T MAKE IT ONE WEEK OR MORE?
We highly recommend that you complete or use as many sessions as possible before your trip. For 4,10, 20 class packs, you have to use the number of sessions bought within the time frame dedicated. All packages include one free extension for travel. Send us a proof of travel and we will extend accordingly.
DO YOU HAVE A NO CONTRACT OPTION?
Yes you can join us for a 1, 4, 10 or 20 class pack. For more information please check out our CLASS PACKS page.
CAN I FREEZE MY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months a year by providing us supporting documents. If you would like to freeze more than 3 months or for other reasons that travel or MC, please note that freezing will be charged $50 admin fee.
CAN I JOIN DIFFERENT RIPPLE CLUB LOCATIONS?
Sure! All our locations are open to the public. More info on our locations on the LOCATIONS page.
WHAT IS MOMENCE BOOKING SYSTEM?
We strive to put the power in your hands, with Momence you can pay for classes, manage your own account, book yourself into the sessions and view your class history. We stand by if you need any help with this, don’t hesitate to contact us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ILL?
If you are ill and can cancel 24 hours in advance, then you will be able to redeem your session. If you are ill and cancel less than 24 hours in advance, then please submit a medical certificate to hello@therippleclub.fit our staff to receive a make up session. Please note that in order to be fair to all our clients, no make up session will be given if no MC is shown.This applies to both group classes and Personal Training.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ON MY PERIOD?
Our clients still join us during their period. If you do not wish to join a class, please inform us 24hrs before class time via email at hello@therippleclub.fit or early cancel on the Momence platform. If the cancellation happens less than 24hrs before class time, regular policy for late cancellation will apply.
WHAT IF I SUSTAIN AN INJURY OR AM PREGNANT?
If you sustain an injury, we ask you to please seek a doctors advice regarding exercise, if you are advised against so, please submit a medical certificate to hello@therippleclub.fit and we will freeze your package or membership until you are cleared medically.
If you are pregnant, then you can still participate in Ripple Club sessions. Our sessions have been recommended by doctors as the water helps alleviate the weight of the baby, and keep your cool. However, if you feel that you are not able to exercise you still can freeze your package or membership for up to 6 months.
Please note, medical certificates are required to freeze your membership for medical reasons.
HOW LONG DOES MY ACCOUNT REMAIN FROZEN?
Ripple Club will keep frozen accounts for up to 6 months. If you have sustained a major injury or illness, please contact us in order to work on your case.
IF I AM BOOKED IN, CAN I CHANGE MY SESSION TIME OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
All changes to sessions must be made 24 hours in advance of your session. All changes can be made through our booking system, or by emailing us at hello@therippleclub.fit
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO JOIN RIPPLE CLUB?
Ripple Club classes are open to all ages, minimum height requirement is 1.5 meters

CAN I JOIN RIPPLE CLUB IF I CAN’T SWIM?
Yes! Our sessions are in the shallow end of the pool, and at no time is your head submerged in the water.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR BOOKING SYSTEM (MOMENCE), WHAT DO I DO?
You will see a little chat icon at the bottom right of the page once you are logged in on Momence. Click and a chat + FAQ will appear. If you did not find what you were looking for, please email us at hello@therippleclub.fit so we can help you.
DOES RIPPLE CLUB ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUES?
You can pay by cash or cheque, for drop in sessions or sessions packages, although payments must be made before you can book your session. Once payment is made, your account will be credited and you can then book your sessions.
HOW DO I BUY A PACKAGE USING CREDITS?
Step 1: Select the package you want to purchase
Step 2: Add money credits into your account and ensure that there is sufficient amount to purchase the package
Step 3: When purchasing the package, ensure that you choose ‘money credit’ as payment method and click ‘buy now’ to process the order
HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES ONLINE?
Class bookings can be made via our online booking portal as well as our app.
ARE THERE CHANGING FACILITIES, SHOWERS AND TOWELS?
Yes, all Ripple Club venues are fitted with showers (indoors or outdoors), changing rooms and provide towels.
CAN I USE THE FACILITIES BEFORE / AFTER CLASS?
Access to the pool will be allowed maximum 30min before class start time. If you would like to lounge by the pool or use the spa facilities after class you can do so by paying a small fee to the hotel (Ask reception for Day Pass / Spa Pass). The spa facilities at Fairmont are payable. If you would like to enjoy the spa before / after class, please approach the spa counter and mention you are a Ripple Club member to get a discount!
WILL I BE SHOWN HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT?
First timers are urged to come 15 minutes before the beginning of the session so our Ripple Club P.R.Os can guide them through on how to use the equipment, and how the session is run.
DO RIPPLE CLUB LOCATIONS HAVE A CAR PARK?
Yes! Some locations may charge a fee.
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING?
We DO NOT cancel classes because of the rain. The Ripple Club staff will cancel ONLY if the weather conditions are dangerous (thunder & lightening).
Ripple Club classes are ON unless advised by our team. If Ripple Club staff has to cancel a class we will send you a text up to 30minutes before the start of the class. When a class is cancelled before class starts because of weather conditions we will credit the session back to your account.
If class is ON and you did not show up for class, class will be charged as a no-show.
If class has been conducted for 20mins or more and is cancelled afterwards due to inclement weather, class will be considered taught and your credit utilised.
Cancelled classes are shown on schedule both on our booking platform and our app.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS HAZY?
We use the NEA 1-hr PM2.5 Reading
PSI BELOW 100: Everyone can ride!
PSI BETWEEN 100 TO 150 : We do not recommend participating in our Ripple Club sessions if you are pregnant, or if you have any respiratory difficulties. All other Riders can join us, all sessions remain on as usual.
PSI OVER 165 : We will automatically cancel the session by sms or email at least an hour before the class. We will re-credit your session back.
WHAT IF THE CLASS HAS LOW REGISTRATION?
We will keep a class on as long as there are 1 Client registered. We will cancel the class 12 hours before class time if there are no Client registered. All cancelled classes are shown on our schedule.
CAN I BRING A GUEST ALONG IF THEY ARE NOT PARTICIPATING?
You are not allowed to bring any guests or family members if they are not participating in class. If you would like your family members to enjoy the pool while you are working out, most of our locations offer a Day Pass, that can be purchased directly with the Hotel.

Any information you provide to us will either be emailed directly to us or may be stored on a secure server located in Singapore. We use a trusted third-party website and hosting provider (Exabytes) to facilitate the running and management of this website. Exabytes meets high data protection and security standards and are bound by contract to keep any information they process on our behalf confidential. Any data that may be collected through this website that Exabytes process, is kept secure and only processed in the manner we instruct them to. Exabytes cannot access, provide, rectify or delete any data that they store on our behalf without permission.
We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to regional/national institutions and authorities, unless required by law or other regulations.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
