The Ripple P.R.O Aqua Fitness certification provides you with the tools and knowledge to get started on your aqua fitness instructor journey, in order to deliver safe, efficient and enjoyable aquatic training for adults.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Learn the basic physiological and kinesiological training concepts specific to training in the water
- Strengthen your understanding of the basic psychology of motivation, cueing, and the power of positive reinforcement
- Understanding the basic differences behind aquatic and land-based exercise
- Identify special populations and understand general characteristics, exercise guidelines, and programming considerations for each
- Learn how to perform upper body and lower body movements in the water.
