There’s a moment we see often at The Ripple Club.
A woman walks in curious… a little unsure… maybe even slightly sceptical. She hasn’t quite found “her thing” when it comes to exercise. She’s tried. She knows she should. But nothing has truly fit.
And then something clicks. For Shehara, that click happened in the water.
“Cardio just wasn’t part of my life.”
Before Ripple, Shehara wasn’t avoiding movement — it simply wasn’t working for her.
With hip injuries and a busy schedule, traditional workouts felt either uncomfortable, inconvenient, or completely unsustainable. High-impact classes? Out. Long gym sessions? Not realistic. Cardio? Let’s just say it wasn’t exactly on the weekly agenda.
Sound familiar?
So many of the women who join us aren’t unmotivated. They’re just tired of forcing themselves into exercise that doesn’t fit their bodies or their lives.
“Then I tried my first Ripple Signature class with Olga”
The music started.
The energy lifted.
The water supported.
And something shifted.
“The energy, the music, the water — I was hooked from the start.”
That’s the magic of water. It holds you up while you build strength. It cushions your joints while your heart rate rises. It lets you move freely, even if land-based workouts feel restrictive.
And when some moves didn’t feel right? There were options.
“Even when I can’t do the standard moves, Olga always gives me variations, and that keeps me feeling strong and empowered.”
At Ripple, we don’t believe in “one size fits all.” We believe in intelligent movement, supportive coaching, and meeting you exactly where you are.
From “I can’t” to “I can’t wait”
Today, Ripple classes are the highlight of Shehara’s week.
Not because she has to exercise. Because she wants to.
She now has a fitness routine she genuinely enjoys. She feels strong. Balanced. Energised. And most importantly — excited to show up.
And here’s our favourite part: she didn’t keep it to herself.
She introduced her sister, her daughter and even her husband, and guess what, they loved it too!
Because when you find something that feels good in your body, you naturally want to share it.
So now here is a question for you: If Shehara Can, Why Not You?
Shehara didn’t suddenly become “more disciplined.”
She simply found the right environment: Low-impact, joint-friendly, time-efficient, upbeat and supportive. Movement that works with her body, not against it.
If you’ve been telling yourself that cardio isn’t for you…
If you’ve had injuries that made you cautious…
If you’ve tried gyms and quietly given up…
Maybe you just haven’t found your thing yet.
At The Ripple Club, we see it every week — women rediscovering joy in movement, sometimes for the first time in years.
Shehara did it, and honestly…There’s no reason you can’t too. 💙
