Aqua biking is the only thing that keeps my knee pain at bay. I’ve tried it all – injections, medicine, supplements, knee guards – nothing worked until I started regular aquatic workouts. My passion is helping and motivating others to believe in the power of their bodies and showing them that whatever hurdles in their way, they can achieve their full potential! I am a group exercise professional with a specialisation in rehabilitation, older adults and pre and postnatal fitness. I have also been a Ripple P.R.O for more than a decade. I look forward to meeting you in the pool!

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I’ve learned that exercise is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. I believe fitness knows no age limits—everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin and celebrate their body for what it can achieve.
Seeing friends give up on their health in their 40s motivates me to inspire others to live vibrant, healthy lives at any age. My philosophy is simple: consistency and joy in movement lead to lasting transformation.

My journey into fitness began as a personal transformation. I used to view workouts as punishment, striving for perfection. Over time, I discovered that fitness is a joyful, lifelong journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
Through losing weight, building strength, and gaining confidence, I learned to truly love myself and embrace feeling strong and powerful.
As your instructor, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel welcomed and inspired. Let’s heal, grow, and celebrate together as we take steps toward living our best lives!

My fitness journey started as a reluctant exerciser, constantly struggling to stay consistent because I simply didn’t enjoy it. That changed when I discovered Rhythm Cycling—a transformative experience of loud music, dark rooms, and the thrill of letting loose. It became my outlet for stress and a way to nurture my mental health.
Over the years, I’ve embraced a variety of fitness practices, from Pilates to Barre, which blend music and movement into pure joy. In my classes, I aim to help you feel better than when you walked in—empowered, energised, and ready to take on anything!

Struggling with depression, I started working out as part of my treatment, and it completely transformed my life.
